2.4 mile ruck around the Shillito Loop. Stopped at six different locations and did 20 squats, 9 merkins in honor of the Q’s 29th anniversary today with his better half.
Little known fact… the 50th is the gold anniversary; the 25th is silver, and so on. The 29th celebration involves a ruck with a bunch of sweaty guys in the gloom at 5:30am. Who knew? 🙂
