PAX did elevens with merkins and BB Sit ups. Started with 1 merkin, then bear crawled 20 yards to complete 10 BB Sit ups then lunge walked back to starting spot. 2 merkins – 9 BB Sit ups. etc. (Note to all…protect your rear end in the upper lot and on BB Sit ups. Q definitely re-aggravated/cut his rear end on those today and….ouch)
- Pax each grabbed a coupon and moseyed to the basketball courts
Wilt Chamberlain – Everything adds up to 100 for Wilt’s 100 pt game
Round 1 – We ran from one baseline to the next, then stopped to complete 25 lbc’s, then back to the first baseline and 25 squats (weighted with coupon). 4 rounds to complete 100 total reps (not 5 as Duggar suggested – math is hard)
Round 2 – Same thing with 25 flutter kicks and 25 coupon curls. 4 rounds to complete 100 total reps
