Starting on one end of the upper parking lot with 5 stations, 1st tree, 3 light poles and last tree. Either the parking lot lights had bulbs replaced or the lot just oddly appeared (at least to the Q) to be brighter than normal on these dark early mornings.
Round 1: 10 minutes of work
Station 1: 10 Merkins – Sprint to 1st light pole
Station 2: 10 Coupon squats – overhead coupon carry to 2nd light pole
Station 3: 10 Coupon curls – sprint to 3rd light pole
Station 4: 10 Mt. Climbers (2 is 1) – bear crawl to end of lot
Station 5: 10 toe taps (2 is 1) then mosey back to coupon, overhead carry to 1st light pole, then mosey to start and repeat until time is up.
Round 2: 10 minutes
Station 1: 5 burpees – sprint
Station 2: 10 lunges (2 is 1) – coupon carry
Station 3: 10 coupon bench presses – sprint
Station 4: 10 American Hammers (2 is 1) – bernie sanders
Station 5: 20 Calf Raises. Mosey to coupon, overhead carry, mosey to start and repeat.
Round 3: Repeat the first round for 8 minutes
