Warm-O-Rama

OYO Warm up as we talked.

The thing 1

The plan was to do a Murph (run 1 mile, 100 pull ups, 200 merkins AKA pushups, 300 squats, and run another mile) Now if it was just me and Triceratops there we would have been able to do this as we do this all the time. However, Whitewall was there so we had to do a modified Murph.

We ran 1 mile

Completed 6 sets of;

10 Pull ups

20 Merkins

30 Squats

Then we ran another mile.

Total=60 pull ups, 120 merkins, 180 squats, and 2 miles

Finished with a little over 3 min of Mary

Lazy Man holds, LBC’s, Flutter Kicks, and American Hammers.
