Sandbag Clean & Toss – 4 Sets – 12 Reps per Set – (If no SB then do squat holds with front ruck push/pulls for duration of timer)
Pullups – 5 Sets – 5 Reps per Set
Military Press with Ruck/SB – 5 Sets – 8 Reps per Set
Merkins w/Ruck – 5 Sets – AMRAP for 1 Minute
