1st set- 10 merkins 10 soude vides [2 as 1] 10 reverse crunches + 60 seconds of cardio (side stake line touches or ssh’s our invisible jump ropes)
2nd set- 10 crunches 10 pickle pounders 10 toe touches + 60 seconds of cardio
Increase # of reps by five (15 merkins 15 soude vides etc.) until 25 (too of pyramids) and then decreases by 5 back to 10 reps
Heavy hitters to start at 25 and/or increase reps by multiples of 5 as they see fit; can plan to wait
