Started off with a Name-O-Rama, then went to 10 grass grabbers, 10 Abe Vigodas, and 10 Michael Phelps.
Tha Thang
We mosied to the tennis courts, partnered up and while one person went down and back, the other did the exercises until the following were completed 100 merkins, 200 American hammers, 300 squats, and 400 LBCs
Jogged to the football field and did the Burpee apocalypse.
It was great seeing all of you, especially count. I’m grateful for this group and how it pushes me and teaches me to become a better man everyday.
