Bataan Death Marching

Introduction:
Today’s workout was just a combo of 6 rounds of elevating exercises and bataan death marches. The goal of the workout was to push us out of our comfort zone and stay together.

We had some regulars and three young men show up. Three high school students joined us this morning and put forth a super effort. Two of them came moments from Spilling Merlot. I was incredibly proud of them and our PAX for encouraging them and pushing them at same time. We are blessed with a great group of men and young men.
