We lined up and did an Indian Run around both parking lots, and then once more around the main lot.

Teams of 2. PAX 1 works, PAX 2 suicides to the middle of the lot, back and then to the far side of the lot, does 3 burpees and returns. Switch til complete. Teams done first pick up the 6 by knocking out their remaining exercises each round. Start next Dora exercise together.
After a brief moment to catch our breaths, we moseyed to the playground benches. Staying in teams…
Dip – Plank -Suicides
PAX 1 does 15 dips on the bench while PAX 2 holds plank. Then switch. Once both PAX have done dips, they sprint to the outside edge of the playground and back, twice. Repeat twice. And then a third time with 1 additional run out and back.
BBS Hammers
1 to 4 Ratio of BBS to American Hammers. Beginning each round together:
1 BBS – 4 AmHams
2 BBS – 8 AmHams
3 BBS – 12 AmHams

Then we moved to the edge of the playground, with our 6 on the concrete and feet extended out over the mulch.
