Tha Thang
Coupons are often thrown, dropped, tossed in disgust or dismissed for being cold, rough-edged and heavy. Today, we showed them some love. Gave them a break from sitting lonely on the cool ground with others piled on top of them haphazardly without regard for mud or insects. Today, was the coupons day to be mobile, see a bit of the AO and feel the strong, mostly, hands of the PAX or the the warmth of their body. So, here’s to you F3 coupon, this is your day.

HIMs were instructed once the coupon left the ground, it was not to be returned until instructed to by the Q at the end of the beatdown. This was only violated once which resulted in a modified Manmaker exercise which included rolling around in the wet grass. Since he’s still trying to figure out the internet we can let you know that Incognito was to blame for the extra move.

Each round, one PAX was chosen to be the runner circling the group while the others loved their coupon. 4 rounds, 2 x through = 8 and it just so happened we had 8 HIMs today. Perfecto

Round 1 – 20 curls, 20 shoulder presses
Round 2 – 20 rows, 20 Merkins with coupon – everything was done with the coupon so I shouldn’t have to write that.
Intermission – All HIMs
Overhead walk
10 Manmakers (first 2 rounds were 10 reps, second 2 rounds were 5 reps)
Round 3 – 20 squats, 20 lunges
Round 4 – 10 Wood choppers each side
Intermission – repeato

Repeato all rounds and intermissions

Upon finishing, the coupons were returned with love to their daily resting place but with a new found sense of belonging to the AO and a new connection to the PAX that loved them.
