30 Dead Lifts with Sandbag (Shortened to 2 Minutes)
20 Sandbag Thrusters (Shortened to 2 Minutes)
2 Minutes of AMRAP Burpees
During the walk back to the parking lot the Q immediately regretted his choice of Brussels sprouts and a selection of dairy the night before. Needless to say there was an emergency situation that cut the fellowship short.
