Tha Thang
We mosey’d to the football field to grab individual coupons, then took them to the basketball court.

The Q has been missing Red Flanders’ dice workout, so decided to make the investment. Red’s are better, but these will do for today. Soundtrack was primed and ready to go.

One dice has exercises: lunges, merkins, squats, SSH’s, crunches, and a wildcard (coupon work). Variation took place at the Q’s discretion: plank jacks, lunges with twist, curls, bentover rows, shoulder press, etc.

The other six sided dice has 30, 60, or 90 seconds. And 10, 20, and 30 reps.

After a host of exercises were performed (too many to list), we finished up to the song “Get Down” by Audio Adrenaline. Started off planking, then every time the phrase, “Get Down” came on, we merkined (about 3 minutes).

Mosey back to the football field to return coupons. Mosey back to the flag.

Axeman finally got RESPECT!!! 🙂
