Pax 1 sprinted to first cone (25 yd line) and did 25 merkins then bear crawled back.
Pax 2 did 5 coupon presses, 5 coupon curls, 1 man maker and then rolled the “red rocks” dice for additional exercises. Swap when Pax 1 got back.
Next: Pax 1 sprinted to the next cone (50 yd line) and did 50 air squats then lunged back. Waiting Pax continued coupon work. Swap
