Today’s beatdown was a variation of the Sheldon Cooper, but instead called the Bill Murray because it’s like Groundhog Day.
Pax did 10 Merkins, 10 Big Boy Situps, 10 Squats and 10 Burpees. Then we ran around the fence of the tennis courts (about .2 miles) Once we got back to the basketball courts, we did 10 Merkins, 10 Big Boy Situps, 10 Squats and 10 Burpees then we ran around the tennis courts. After a few rounds, you realize it’s the same thing over and over again. Occasionally we switched it up and ran the other way around the courts.
We completed 8 rounds, for totals of 1.6 miles, 80 merkins, 80 BB’s, 80 Squats, 80 Burpees.
