Using F3 Workout Deck of Cards, each PAX drew three cards from the deck and the group completed the three designated exercises without stopping. Rep count determined by number of card – card number plus 10 reps (3 card drawn = 13 reps); Royal card = 25 reps; Ace = 100 reps. We did five rounds, so F3 Daddy Sous Vide got to pull cards twice.
Round 1: 10 Welsh Dragons (Joker card – Q pick); 25 Freddie Mercurys; 13 Wojo squats
Round 2: 18 squat thrusts; 200m sprint; 16 wide-arm merkins
Round 3: Low plank for 60 seconds; 14 Heels to Heaven; 15 lunges
Round 4: 25 Monkey humpers; 100 flutter kicks; 18 backward lunges
Round 5: 20 Incline merkins; 14 Carolina dry docks; 18 merkins
We finished with a 10 minute ruck.
