Tha Thang
Timed mumble ruck of outer Arboretum loop. 3:30 minutes of rucking at a brisk pace; 1:30 minutes of PT. Eight AMRAP exercises total:
– Good mornings
– Overhead press
– Squats
– Ruck swings
– Mercans
– Lunge steps
– Curls
– Upright rows

At each of the PT rounds, each pax would take turns sharing something to inspire the other pax. There were a few favorite Bible verses, a story of a lost friend, a couple of quotes from authors… all great stuff. Thanks for sharing guys!
