Since YHC was given the Q at 5:29 there wasn’t much planning, gave the disclaimer to FNG Greg Washnock. Ran a lap around the lot. Did some SSH, imperial and hillbilly walkers and stretching.
Tha Thang
Ran to the bottom of the parking lot hill, 11s on the hill. 1 squat at bottom, 10 burpees at top, run down 2 squats, 9 burpees at top and so on. Good mumblechatter explains F3 to FNG and catching up on life as we all knew each other. Ended with some Mary. Introduced a new exercise.
Low Country Crab
Start in a crab position. (Basically inverse of a bear crawl, facing the sky on all fours, butt off ground)
Count 1 – lift right hand and left foot and touch them together.
Count 2 – back on all 4
Count 3 – left hand and right foot touch
Count 4 – back on all 4
