Then a little warming up.

Coupon Squats
Merkins
Curls
Jump Squats
Overhead Press
Burpees
In-between each set we ran the length of the tennis court and back

Took the coupons back

Returned to the upper tennis court for some Mary:
Big Boy Situp
2-count Mtn. Climbers
4-count Flutters
Plank Jacks
Slow Leg Raises
10 of each – then repeato for about 5 or 6 minutes

Closed with some warrior 3 crunches, moseyed back to flag, and then imperial walker IC.
