We did Ketchup Ruck. Rucked in a single file line, last person fell out of line to do designated PT and then double timed to front of line after completing PT to catch up with group. Repeato until all PAX did designated PT.
We did mercans, squats, walking lunges, Bonnie Blair’s, and monkeyhumpers for PT.
We had a friendly runner who gave us two good mornings, so we did 5 burpees when we returned to flag as punishment for her being so happy to see us.
