Start on one end of the tennis courts. The gap between each tennis court is the next rung. We do 20 reps of each exercise, but as you go up the ladder you do 10, and on your way back you do the other 10. At each new rung, you do the full 20. For example, if you were on the 3rd rung, you would do 10 squats, 10 LBCs, 10 merkins, and 20 gas pumps, then 10 merkins, 10 LBCs, & 10 squats.
