Feeling the spirit of Derby Weekend I thought it would be “fun” to do a WO lightly themed for the occasion. The Kentucky Derby is considered the most exciting 2 minutes in sports so, that laid the blueprint for this wo.
Warmup
Michael Phelps, Grass grabbers and some quick stretching then jump right in
The Thang
Today we did a 2 minute wo. In true F3 fashion…we did a bunch of them. Now while the Derby seems like it’s over in seconds, doing 1 movement for 2 solid minutes came seem like an hour! Each wo was as follows and done for 2 minutes then right into the next movement!
