Round 1 – MFT, Dominoes, Colt 45 with dumbbells, 3 Amigos (didn’t work so great)

Round 2 – MFT, Power Merkins, Wonderbra, Colt 45 with dumbbells

Round 3 – MFT, Derkins, Wonderbra, Dominoes

Round 4 – MFT, Quick mosey with dumbbells, Arm Blowout – curl/push up ladder 1 – 10 – 1 OYO until time ran out
