With the much cooler morning, we needed to get moving to warm up. First we counted off and split into two squad(rons) for team building, encouragement and shared pain.
Thang 1: Red Barchetta
100 yard sprint, 100 SSH, mosey back as a team
75 yard sprint, 75 mountain climbers, mosey back
50 yard sprint, 50 squats, mosey back
25 yard sprint, 25 merkins, mosey back
10 yard sprint, 10 burpees, mosey back
Thang 2: Team Plank-a-thon
At GR-21, Shredder was clear we didn’t look like we planked enough and “should be doing planks every day.” Boy Blue has also made it known we don’t plank enough.
While completing the work during this Thang, each team must ALWAYS have 1 pax planking at all times. If you hit the ground before being relieved, team punishment was 5 burpees.
While planning, we scaled 5 exercises, completing the given number of reps for each exercise climbing up then back down from 5-10-15-20-25-20-15-10-5
Merkins, Squats, Coupon Curls, LBC’s and Overhead Press.
After finishing the mountain of reps, we had to bookend the workout in the same fashion.

We finished with a fellowship run (name rights go to Sparky) back to the flag
Great time of coffeeteria, fellowship and freezing our tails off following in the parking lot
