Introduction
The FNGs just keep rolling in! Good times! Excited to see F3LexKY continue to grow!

Name-O-Rama
We did a name-o-rama and a count-o-rama. Then we counted off by 2s and each PAX were in charge of remembering their number.
Warm-o-rama
We circled up at the middle of the lowest tier, and stretched out our arms and legs while we waited to start.
Hillbillies – 15 IC
Grass Grabbers – 14 IC
SSH – 15 IC
From the previous count off, we made two lines, starting in the middle of the lot and facing away from each other.
Indian Crosses
We ran Indian Runs to the end of the lot, up to the next tier and across. The two lines met in the middle, everyone stopped, dropped and performed 5 burpees.
This was repeated twice more until we were all gathered at the top tier.
We recovered and did another count off, but to 10 this time. There were 10 coupons lined up, 2 PAX at each by number.

Perform similar to Dora:
200 Coupon Swings
200 Derkins
200 Coupon Shoulder Presses
200 Coupon Bench Presses
200 Curls
200 Coupon Rows
While PAX 1 works, PAX 2 runs down 2 tiers to the 2nd coupon (if there was one), does 5 Wall Jumps + 5 Coupon Squats, runs back to PAX 1. PAX keep switching until the exercise set is done. (This was reduced to 3 + 3 after the 2nd round)
Between each exercise set, perform 20 Coupon Passes b/w PAX – Oblique rotations, PAX back-to-back. Sub was AmHams.
Before moving on to the next set, we picked up the 6 and started the next exercise together.
Name-O-Rama
We wrapped up with a name-o-rama and named our latest FNG.
