PAX: Duggar (Q), Triceratops, Sous Vide (respect), Belay, Seal Pup, FNG (Flipper), and Ronaldo

Warm Up: Arm stretches, Frankensteins, knee huggers while hitting the 5 core principles. Then it was a mosey to the coupons and then to the basketball courts to play!!!!

…The Thang:

4 stations (4 corners of two basketball courts)

1 – 10 coupon curls and 10 coupon presses

2 – 20 big boy sit-ups and 20 merkins

3 – 30 SSH and 30 air squats

4 – 40 lbc’s and 40 calve raises

Start at station 1 complete exercise and sprint to station 2

Complete exercise and back to station one.

Complete stations 1, 2, and 3 the back to 1

Then 1,2,3,4 and back to 1

We cut the number in half and did it again backwards!
