Dynos in the parking lot, mosey to basketball courts for a little more dynos. We were waiting for Buzz Kill to show up like he said he was but, alas, he did not grace us with his presence.

Celebrations with a twist.
Started with 2 Celebrations of Life – just regular.
For the main Thang, each Celebration included a ‘Travel Zone’ from the free throw line to half court. In this zone the PAX used a different means of travel whenever passing through this section to complete the celebration. Examples of modes of travel used: Broad Jumps, Lunge Walks, Bear Crawl, Low Side Shuffle, and a Duck Walk.
In addition to the Travel Zone, an exercise was added at the baseline. The number of reps was determined by the number of missed free throws by a group of HIMs. Exercises included: Merkins, LBCs, Supermans, and Freddie Mercurys.
