Pole Carry determined the time. Went thru all 5 stations.
Moseyed to hill to run it 2 times. Monkeys Humpers at the top.
Repeato but added 10 Monkey Humpers to the top and bottom of the hill.
Repeato 2 more times but added a weight rotation in the middle of the Pole Carry – shift water weight from front to back.
Finished with and extended Pole Carry and squat while the rest of the PAX did Burpees.
Best mosey back to the flag.
