run 100 yards and do 100 SSH OYO, 1-is-1. run back to start and plank/wait for six.
run 75 yards, 75 mountain climbers OYO, 1-is-1 run back to start, plank/wait for six
run 50 yards, 50 LBC’s OYO, 1-is-1 run back to start, plank/wait for six
run 25 yards, 25 merkins OYO, 1-is-1 run back to start, plank/wait for six
run 10 yards, 10 burpees OYO, 1-is-1 run back to start, plank/wait for six
Ladder it back out…
Pax were given the opportunity to do one last run/exercises of their choice, return to start and plank/wait for six.

With remaining time on the clock, we moseyed over to the bleachers and grabbed a coupon each.
1) carry to bottom of the hill behind the bleachers, do 10 squats, carry back to top and do 10 calf raises on the coupon. (2X).
2) 5 man makers at Oshag’s request.

4) Pax choice – 15 overhead presses or 15 rows.
put coupons away and mosey back to parking lot for 4 mins of Mary (supermans, swimmers, 10 BBS).
