A total of 2.15 miles were covered this am, along with 30 Burpees, 60 Merkins, 90 Squats and 120 BBS.

PAX kept pretty good pace with each other, so there was very little waiting for the 6. This also meant there were very few breaks. My goal the last few Q’s has been to step it up a notch for our younger PAX headed off to basic training, so I didn’t want to allow too much time for catching our breath. Wednesdays are for running, so if we were on our feet and not WORKing, we were running.

I’m proud of Liberace and Miyagi’s attendance these past few weeks. I am glad you have been posting and putting in the work to prepare for the work you have ahead. We are all very excited and proud to see you men start your next journey at West Point.
