The Thang:
In Greek Mythology, there is the story of Sisyphus, who was punished by being forced to push a large boulder up a hill only for it to roll back down once it reached the top, over and over again for all eternity. We will be facing the same fate, only with a tire and just 45 minutes.
The PAX will alternate turns flipping the tire around the parking lot, while the rest of the PAX complete a number of exercises alongside the tire.
Exercise Rotation:
20 Merkins
20 LBC’s
20 Lunges (10 each leg)
20 Mountain Climber (10 each leg)
20 SSH
Periodic shuttle runs of about 50 yards throughout. Tire was flipped across the entire lower lot, up the hill to the upper lot, all the way across, back down the hill and halfway across the lower lot again. PAX completed a total of approx. 10 total rounds of the 5 exercises/flipping the tire.
