A series of bursts – full sprint half way across the courts then jog to the end. Last couple of bursts were Bernies.
Celebrations – added in Merkins, SSH, Sous Vides, LBCs, and Superman each line. Sideline exercise was as many good form squats up to 5 and never changed.
Threw in some lay up lines with burpees. Finished with more bursts.
