PAX collectively discussed where we should go for vacation, how we should get there, and what we should do. This was done using exercises related to the items of discussion (e.g. “What if we went to the mountains?” became mountain climbers, bear crawls, and high knees). Upper, lower, core, and cardio exercises were all included for a well-rounded workout.
After about 30 mins, the Q ran out of planned exercises, and other PAX pitched their own ideas in keeping with the theme. Memorable contributions (based on suck level and/or next-day soreness) included thrusters, skaters, and Welsh Dragon, among others.
All PAX found this summer vacation to be quite restful and relaxing. “10/10, would recommend to a friend.”
