Taking Advantage of that Hill (PADDOCK)

Warmup: Boxer shuffle, Abe Vgoda, Frankensteins, Copperhead Squats, Finkle Swings

The Main Thang: Time on the Hill

Took coupons down the hill. Did exercises at the bottom of the hill with coupons, then did different exercise moves up the hill, 10 merkins at the top of the hill, and mosey back down.

We did this a total of 8 times:

Exercises at the bottom of the hill were as follows:

Overhead Press, Curls, Squats, Big Boy Situp, Overhead Tricep Press, Tricep Dip, Bent Over Back Rows, Thrust Squat. They waterfalled, so the first time was just 20 overhead presses; 2nd time was 20 Curls and 10 overhead presses; etc. etc. etc. until the last one which was 20 thrust squats and 10 of everything else.

Moves up the Hill:

Sprint, Bear Crawl, Lunge Walk, Sprint, Broad Jump, Crawl Bear, Bernie Sanders, and Carrying the Coupon.

Lifted up several of our brothers in prayer. We know that God answers prayers and we love our brothers in F3 very much.
