10 Walkout Merkins
10 Squat Jumps
Repeat through this cycle for a total of 3 circuits
Then we did several circuits using the full length of the 8 tennis courts there:
Sprint the full length – hold plank at the end
Sprint back the full length – hold plank at the end
Bear crawl from side-line to side-line of each tennis court, doing 10 lunges in-between each court
High skip back, doing 10 merkins in-between each court
Sprint the full length, doing 2 Supermans in-between each court
Lunge back, doing 3 Burpees in-between each court
Facing north, we side-shuffled down the tennis courts, doing a side plank walk in-between each court
Facing north, we side-shuffled back down the tennis courts, doing a side plank walk in-between each court
Sprint down the full length of the tennis courts, no stopping
Held a 1 minute wall squat
Sprint back down the full length of the tennis courts, no stopping
End in COT
