Tha Thang
The far side of each tennis court was considered a rung in our ladder. We treated it like a suicide ladder, going up 1 rung, then back, then up 2 rungs, and back, and so forth to the last rung. At each rung you do a total of 20 reps, however you do 10 on your way there, 10 on the way back as your travel up the ladder. The last rung of each suicide is the full 20 reps.

Base rung: SSH
1: Squats
2: Merkins
3: LBCs
4: Lunges
5: Shoulder taps (2 is 1)
6: Dead bugs (IC)
7: Jack in the box squat jumps
8: 10 Catalina wine mixers & 10 burpees

We only made it to the top of the last rung, didn’t have enough time to make it back to the base. We will do better next time 💪🏽
