After a pulled hammy, I planned a workout that had jogs/ minimal squats etc.. well turns out even the jog wasn’t happening on this day.
Started with a long mosey around the complex, stopping at two areas and doing 10 merkins each stop. Return back to the shed for a few ssh and stretching.
Thing one : 1:4 merkins: shoulder taps/air press alternates
1:4 merkins: air press
2:8 merkins: shoulder taps
3:12 merkins: air press
You get the trend. Til 10:40

Glauc ab o ram is a series of 10 different ab exercises (all a 20 count) we repeated this 1x for a series of two of the exercises. 😐
