Mosey to football field, the Q chased off skunks while the PAX gathered coupons and ‘The Tube.’ Some of the more insignificant PAX complained their feet got wet whilst retrieving the gear – the Q showed no sympathy or concern.
Tha Thang
Tube carried – varied between forward and backward
Stations – coupon work – curls, chest press, overhead press, bent over rows
Non-Coupon Stations – Sous Vides, running stairs
In between sets, we hammered out 5 Burpees, a jail break the length of the parking lot, 5 Burpees, jail break back, and 5 Burpees
Repeated as necessary until we ran out of time.
