INTRODUCTION

Nope, it’s still cold out there. But, to fight back against the notion that we are “getting soft”, we headed out into the gloom to get some work done!

I was asking the PAX to attempt a new movement and it was referred to during the WO as doing the thingamabob.

After every 10th round, we stopped and performed a 30 sec Plank Hold on our hands. After the last exercise, we stopped and did a 1 min Plank Hold.
