About 100 feet apart. Length of basketball court. 2 exercises, each doing 100 reps, 25 at a time.
First do 25 lbc’s then run to next side line then 25 squats. Back to first spot- Repeat for 4 rounds
Repeat “These Arms of Mine”
Repeat Wilt Chamberlain: 25 Coupon Curls then run then 25 walkouts – Repeat for 4 rounds (modified, last 2 rounds did Superman’s instead of walkouts)
Burp and Merk – Regular Burpee, then Burpee with 2 merkins, repeat with 3, pyramid up to 10 merkins
Lunge walk – across and back both tennis courts to give the arms a break
Finisher – Repeat “These Arms of Mine”
Mosey back to the parking lot with Coupons in hand.
