Pax rucked approximately one mile with three stops of team exercises. Each two-man team carried an extra weight (45lb plate, 35lb plate, and coupon) and switched weights after each stop.
Stop 1: Pax completed 100 decline merkins with ruck and 100 rear foot elevated split squats with ruck while alternating turns at 20yd rifle carries.
Stop 2: Pax completed 100 thrusters with weight and ruck while alternating turns at 100yd runs.
Stop 3: Pax completed 50 curls and 50 big boys while alternating turns at 20yd bear crawls.
