My shoulders feel like mush. Mr. Linc came up with this awesome workout that I Q’d today. It involved jumps, runs up tiers/stairs and lots of coupon work. A real burner and a great way to start the week. Had to modify a little due to time constraint but this may have to come back again soon on a Saturday.

Mosey’d up to Coupons and everyone grabbed one. We then went over to our starting point at top tier. We then took two coupons and walked them two tiers down.

Teams of Two at top Tier. P1 does exercise (see below) and P2 runs down two tiers … does 10 Coupon Squats and 10 Wall Jumps, run back up to P1. Flapjack!
