Warm Up: Still a little chilly today, 30ish – but not in the 20s, so we took some time to warm up. Arm swings with an occasional stretch. Dynamic leg stretches – all while PAX groaned at the soreness from yesterday. Meanwhile, Linc, yesterday’s Q, watched:
The 45 lb plates made their return for today’s fun. PAX numbered off and #1s grabbed 45s and #2s grabbed ab wheels for the mosey to the basketball courts.
The Thang
Round 1:
PAX 1 – Wipers while holding the 45 over his chest
PAX 2 – Superman at free throw line, half court, opposite free throw line, and baseline. Repeat for the return trip.
Round 2:
PAX 1 – Curls with the 45
PAX 2 – Lazyman (lay on back) at each line mentioned in Round 1
Round 3:
PAX 1 – Wipers while holding the 45 over his chest
PAX 2 – Roll-Out at each line using the ab wheel
Round 4:
PAX 1 – Squat press with 45s
PAX 2 – 2 Diamond Merkens at each line
Bridge #1:
20 Pop-ups by PAX 1 while PAX 2 made friends with the ab roller
