Did a Bataan Death March snaking around the parking lot: like an Indian Run, but guy in the back does 5 burpees, then sprints to the front.
This took us all the way up and then back down to our starting point.

Congregated in the shelter and did three rounds of the following in EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute) fashion:
12 Burpees
20 Jack in the Box Knee Tucks
30 Merkins
Oblique Crunches – 20 Each Side
15 SSH’s with Jump lunge
1 minute break; then repeato – total of 3x
YHC really struggled with the Jack in the Box Knee Tucks and even moreso with the Jump Lunge’s. We really need to do more plyometric leg WO’s.
Closed with something that was pseudo-Mary:
15 seconds – Shoulder Tap Plank Jacks
15 seconds – Merkins
15 seconds – Mountain Climbers
15 seconds – Hold Plank
Repeato 3 times with no rest.
