The THANG

  1. Partner up (2 PAX Teams)
  2. Partner 1 performs exercise while Partner 2 runs 100 yards
  3. When partner 2 finishes 100-yard run partner 1 runs the 100 yards to him.
  4. They both run around to second tier and back to start.
  5. Wait for everyone to start next exercise/round together.
