Deck of death – goal was to finish the deck since that didn’t happen last time. We finished. At great cost but the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few — or the one. However, when you’re the one, it makes you think twice about that quote. But, I digress.

Had extra time so we ran 2 line suicides and added one of the exercises at each line. Since one exercise was to run we added Merkins for that one.
Annnnd, that’s when the back went out. By the time I got home it was almost completely seized up. Barely made it into and out of the shower. Iced it for the entire 30 minute commute to work, that helped, and had to move a meeting by 15 minutes because I was moving so slow. Getting old, not fun. Getting old and having your back go out is even less fun.
