YHC has really been struggling to get up in the morning and get back into a pre-COVID routine 3-4 days a week. I welcomed the excuse to get up since it was my day to Q, but I was lacking creativity. After a short search of backblasts to borrow from other Pax, I decided to go back to the hill sprints I know and hate.

-Stretch OYO w/ 5 principles
(Interesting note: both of us struggled to remember ‘Peer led in a rotating fashion’)
-Walkout to a plank for stretches
-Grass grabbers x20 IC
-Hillbillies x20 IC
-Lineup for:

–Pigeon pulls
–Butt kickers
–High knees

-Mosey to the base of the scoreboard for 11s
-BBS at the bottom / Merkins at the top
-Finish at the top

-Line up at the 1st light pole. Sprint to midfield.
-10ct. Sprint back.

-11s round 2 starting at the top
-Air squats at the top / Merkins at the bottom
-Finish at the top

-Mosey from the top to 3/4 length of field
-20 forward lunge walks
-Mosey to the end of the fence, out the gate and back to the flag.
