Got into groups of three and each group went to one of five stations. We stayed at each station for 5 minutes and then rotated. The stations were Prowler, Sled Pull, Farmers Carry, Overhead Press and Landmines. For the final 10 minutes we got into groups of two and jumped rope. 30 seconds on and 30 seconds rest. Everything went well except @Oshag couldn’t understand the directions.
