Tha Thang
Got into 5 groups of two and each group went to a different station in the lower level of the parking lot. Each group stayed at that station working until the Christmas song was over and then moved down to the next station.
Station 1- battling ropes and running to the island.
Station 2- box jumps and running.
Station 3- pushing a sled and explosive mercans.
Station 4- tire flips and running.
Station 5- medicine ball slams and running.
Station 6- jump rope and farmers carry.
We went through these several times and finished with a 5 on 5 tug o war that seemed to last for 20 minutes and circled up with pax choice of exercises.
