Mosey to coupons for dynos, transport coupons to basketball courts, mosey to pull-up shelter. Cold morning, so we started moving as quickly as possible.

Pull-ups, Merkins, Squats, Run – the PAX were given the choice of how many reps to complete for their Murph Prep. We stopped about half way through for a little Mary.
Mosey to basketball courts
3 modes of travel for each round depending on which direction PAX were moving:
1. Moving away from the cones – Shuffle, slides, Karaoke, and A skips
- Moving toward the cones – Jail Break or Bernie
