Forget small business Saturday, we got all the coupons! PAX headed to the coupons at the football field for some tabata. 4 rounds of curls, coupon squats, box cutters, overhead presses, coupon lunges, grave diggers and speed humpers. We then moseyed to the basketball courts for some vicious circle. PAX moseyed around the perimeter of both courts while one HIM performed 5 reps of an exercise then joined the front of the group while the person in the back headed to the middle for their turn. We did mercan jacks, mountain climbers and big boys. Time was up so we headed back to the flag. Everyone had a great time!
